How does it work?

You provide us with the necessary furniture dimensions and specify what you’d like to have built inside. Alternatively, you can share the room dimensions, including details about the placement of windows, sockets, water connections, and other essential elements.

To make the process easier to understand, see the example below:

WARDROBE UNIT 1

A drawing provided by the client!

We refine drawings like this, working on them until they perfectly match your vision and meet your expectations.

Our proposed design drawing

A design that delights the client and exceeds expectations.

The final result.

When discussing the project with the client, improvements often emerge, such as adding lights or doors to enhance the design.

Even from a simple sketch like this, we can create the design you desire by collaborating with you—no matter if you're on the other side of the country.

This is just the beginning!

Step one – we receive your sketch, refine it, and provide you with a 3D model along with detailed drawings in all dimensions. With these drawings, you can approach any furniture manufacturer to bring your ideas to life.

Step two – if you need the parts to be cut or plan to order the cutting from someone else, we can prepare an accurate cutting list for you. This ensures that every component is crafted with perfect precision.

Step Three – Bringing it all together!

Once the parts are cut, you can either assemble them yourself or hire a cabinet-making company to build it for you. The most cost-effective option is often to work with the same company that handles the cutting, as it typically reduces expenses. However, not all workshops may have the time to take on a full project, so availability might vary.

Step Four – The Final Touch!

If you’ve taken on the task of assembling the furniture yourself, you’ll likely handle the installation as well. However, finding installers for a pre-assembled piece can sometimes be challenging.

If you prefer not to handle the installation on your own, the smartest option is to collaborate with the same company that managed the cutting or assembly. They’ll be familiar with the project and can ensure a seamless result.

Installing the furniture yourself is often the most budget-friendly choice, which is why we design our projects to make the process as straightforward as possible for you.

Four Key Steps to Turn Your Ideas into Reality.

Not every project requires a full-service approach. For example, many clients don’t need assistance with the third or fourth steps, choosing to assembly or installation themselves. However, cutting or designing the project is often something only a professional can manage.

In some cases, all that’s needed is the project design itself. Every situation is unique, and we’re here to adapt to your specific needs and circumstances.

To minimize costs and make the most of your project budget, the first step (STEP ONE) can be streamlined by focusing solely on creating a 3D model (which we typically provide in .SKP file format), skipping the development of paper drawings. Each 3D model is crafted with complete detail, ensuring the necessary precision and clarity for successful project execution.

How Much Does It Cost, and What Is the Process?

This is the most common question everyone asks. However, it’s impossible to provide a one-size-fits-all answer because the cost and process depend on the complexity of your specific project. Even a simple cabinet can require varying levels of detail, both in design and manufacturing. Larger projects, such as wardrobes, kitchens, counter desks, or even the design and preparation of furniture for an entire home, naturally involve more complexity.

Here’s how our process works:

Submitting Your Request – Once we receive your inquiry (message), we will get in touch with you.

Room Measurement or Drawing Processing – Together, we’ll determine the next steps: whether we’ll come to measure (possibly only within Ireland) the space where your idea will be implemented, or if you’ll send us your sketch or drawing (in any format that works for you).

Cost Estimation – After gathering all the necessary details, we’ll provide a cost estimate based on your needs:
A 3D model only;
A 3D model + printable drawings;
A 3D model + the final product delivered to your home (yes, we collaborate with various furniture manufacturers).(possibly only within Ireland)

Alternative Solutions – In some cases, clients only need a 3D model + cutting list (Some of them are available for download in the section Downloadable Drawing Units free of charge), which they can use to find a local manufacturer to cut the pieces or even assemble them. Others prefer to handle the manufacturing themselves by working with a nearby partner to save time or costs.

Our goal is to offer you the widest range of options tailored to your specific needs. Almost anything you envision can be made possible with us! 😊
